(f) Remove Cable Assembly 2A3A1A1W20.
Check contacts of mating connectors
and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A3A1A1W20 and perform
FIRCAST test.
If FIRCAST test passes, no further action required. If
FIRCAST test fails, proceed to (g).
(g) Remove Cable Assembly 2A3A1A1W17.
Check contacts of mating connectors
and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A3A1A1W17 and perform
FIRCAST test.
If FIRCAST test passes, no further action required. If
FIRCAST test fails, proceed to (h).
(h) Remove Cable Assembly 2A3A1A1W16.
Check contacts of mating connectors
and repair if required.
Install replacement 2A3A1A1W16 and perform
FIRCAST test.
If FIRCAST test passes, no further action required. If
FIRCAST test fails, proceed to (i).
(i) Remove Timing Belt 2A3A1A1XX.
Check contacts of mating connectors and
repair if required.
Install replacement 2A3A1A1XX and perform FIRCAST
test.
If FIRCAST test passes, no further action required.
If FIRCAST
test fails, proceed to (j).
(j) Check the following cable assemblies and repair as required:
W8
W12
2A2W8
2A2W1O
2A2W13
2A2W17
2A2A7W3
2A3W3
2A3W4
2A3W6
If any cable was repaired, perform FIRCAST test. If FIRCAST test
passes, no further action required.
If FIRCAST test fails and CALCST,
PLLBUS, MTRXSW, ADST DIGITST, FPSST, and PPSST tests have been
performed, repair is beyond this level of maintenance. Next higher
level of maintenance required.
If no cables were repaired and CALCST, PLLBUS, MTRXSW, ADST, DIGITST,
FPSST, and PPSST tests have been performed, repair is beyond this level
of maintenance.
Next higher level of maintenance required.
