ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL
FLAMMABLE, TOXIC, IRRITATING. CAN
CAUSE BREATHING PROBLEMS, EYE
DAMAGE.
DONT:
USE NEAR FLAMES OR SPARKS.
LET IT GET IN EYES, OR BREATHE

VAPORS.
DO:
USE IN WELL-VENTILATED AREA,
CLOSE CONTAINERS WHEN NOT USING.
WEAR ACID-TYPE SAFETY GOGGLES.
IF IT CONTACTS EYES, WASH EYES
WITH RUNNING WATER. GET MEDICAL
HELP AT ONCE.
IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY BREATHING
PROBLEMS, GET TO FRESH AIR AT
ONCE.
(20) Clean screws (26) and mating
holes in isolator with
isopropyl alcohol.
(21) Apply sealing compound
primer to threads, allow to
dry.
(22) Apply sealing compound to
threads of screws (26).
(23) Install valve assembly (27)
with four screws (26).
Torque screws (26) to
14 ft-lb.
(24) Position isolator (17) on
mounting plate.
Aline with
mark made during removal.
(25) Install two bolts (24) and
lockwashers (25). Tighten
bolts until just seated on
isolator.
Be sure piston
end of isolator remains flat
on mounting plate.
(26) Install laminated shims
(28) as required to fill gap
under isolator at valve
end.
(27) Torque bolts (24) to
54 ft-lb.
