Slide heat shrinkable tubing over
solder joints and shrink in
place.

Connect the following connectors:
W4P2 to A12J2 (12)
W2P2 to A12J1 (11)
o.
Position relay assembly (3) on
mounting plate (4) and install
two screws (2).
p.
Connect connector A12J3 to
connector W11P7 (5).
q.
Install terminal leads E3 (7), to
TB1-14D, E4 to TB1-11D, E5 to
TB1-12K, and E6 to TB1-1OG using
contact installation/removal
tool.
r.
Close access door (1).

DIODES CR1 THROUGH CR4
REPLACEMENT
NOTE
This procedure is used to replace
any of four diodes.
REMOVAL
a.
Refer to 1 above and do steps a
through f to remove relay
assembly.
b. Tag and remove leads to terminals
X1 and X2 of relay (1) with
defective diode (2).
c.
Remove defective diode (2) from
relay (1).
INSTALLATION
d.
Install replacement diode (2) in
relay (1) with banded end to blue
terminal Xl on relay.
e.
Install tagged leads to relay
(1).
Refer to wire list in
1 above.
