Action
RUN VSGST - refer to chapter 2 for self-test instructions.
If VSGST test passes, no further action required.
If VSGST test fails, then the correct fault segment must be determined.
If segment 1 is not displayed, then the operator must find the correct
segment before continuing.
For this example, segment 1 is displayed.
This is the VDT display of the repair message for segment 1.
NOTE
Prior to performing replace actions, check
test tools for faults (connector seating,
continuity, physical damage, etc.) and
rerun test module.
PERFORM FIRST MAINTENANCE ACTION - refer to REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE REFERENCE
paragraph.
Under heading Item (Ref Des/Part No.) find 2A2A7A6A8/
13083050-19. On this line under the heading Reference (Para No.) is
paragraph number 2-51.
Refer to chapter 2, paragraph 2-51 and replace
Pulse Generator CCA #1 2A2A7A6A8.
RUN VSGST - rerun test.
If VSGST test passes, then Pulse Generator CCA 2A2A7A6A8 was bad. No
further action required.
If VSGST test fails and its a different fault segment, then Pulse Generator
CCA 2A2A7A6A8 was faulty but another fault exists. Operator must then find
correct fault segment and continue troubleshooting.
If VSGST test fails and its the same fault segment, then Pulse Generator
CCA 2A2A7A6A8 was not faulty and troubleshooting in this leg continues.
PERFORM SECOND MAINTENANCE ACTION - Refer to REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
REFERENCE paragraph and determine procedural paragraph number to replace
2A2A7A6A9/13081467-19.
Replace Pulse Generator CCA #2 2A2A7A6A9.
