no further action required.
If VSGST test fails and CALCST, PLLBUS,
MTRXSW, ADST DIGITST, FPSST, and PPSST tests have been performed,
repair is beyond this level of maintenance.

If no cables were repaired and CALCST, PLLBUS, MTRXSW, ADST, DIGITST,
FPSST, and PPSST tests have been performed, repair is beyond this level
of maintenance.
