(5) The insert/adapter assembly is the mounting fixture for TADS night sensor
assembly during testing.
It contains two handles for ease of handling the UUT when
mounting onto the nightside test bench.
Each insert/adapter assembly is serialized to
a particular sensor mount assembly on a nightside test bench. To ensure correct
alinement, the insert/adapter assembly must be used only with the serialized (matched)
sensor mount assembly.
